Open the YouFactors app on your mobile phone.

Either swipe right from the left end of the screen or tap on the Sidebar symbol at the top left corner of the screen to open the sidebar.

Tap Story Feeds to open it.

Tap the Plus symbol at the top right corner of the screen to open the Create Post page.

Using the dropdown menu, choose the channel you wish to post the post to.

In the space indicated by “Type your post”, type in the text you wish to post.

If you wish to take an image, tap the Camera symbol at the bottom left corner of the screen.

If you wish to take a video, tap the Video symbol to the right of the Camera symbol.

If you wish to post an image or video from your gallery, tap the Media symbol at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Finally, tap Post at the top right corner of the screen to share your post.
