1. Open the sidebar and click on Near Miss Register.

2. Click on Near Miss List at the top right corner of the screen.

3. You can search for your record by entering keywords in the search bar.

4. Else, you can filter out required results by clicking on the purple Filter button. Set the Incident Type, Incident Severity, Status and Location, Site, Area using the respective dropdown menus and click on Apply Filter.

5. The results are shown. For the Near Miss record you wish to edit, click on Edit under Action to edit it. Make the necessary changes and click on Submit to save the changes.
