Open the sidebar and click on Story Feeds.

Scroll to find your post which you wish to edit.

Click on the Three Dots at the top right corner of your post. 

Select Edit Post and the Edit Post box opens.  

Make the necessary changes and click on Post, at the bottom right corner of the box, to share the updated post.
