How to make a record of “Rate Your State” in your mobile app?
Open the YouFactors app on your mobile phone.
Either swipe right from the left end of the screen or tap on the Sidebar symbol at the top left corner of the screen to open the sidebar.
Tap Rate Your State to open it.
The date is automatically set to the current one. If you wish to change it, tap the date displayed to open the calendar.
Enter the level of your states - Rushing, Frustration, Fatigue, Complacency - by moving the slider, a white ball, on a scale between 0 and 10.
After rating your states, tap Next or swipe left on the screen.
The second page has two questions with four options each. Select your answers by checking the boxes for the respective options by tapping on them.
After selecting the answers, tap Submit or in case you rate Complacency more than 0, tap Next or swipe left on the screen.
A third page poses a question with ten options. Select your answers by checking the boxes for the respective options by tapping on them. And if you feel there is an option that is missing, you can type it under Other, a text box at the end of all options.
Tap Submit to record your inputs.
