How to record course completion status for a user who has attended a classroom session?


  1. Open the sidebar, click on Instructor Led Training and choose Record Completion.
  2. Under Courses, select the course for which you want to record the status using the dropdown menu.
  3. Under Units, select the Unit for which you want to record the status using the dropdown menu. The users enrolled in that course unit are displayed below.
  4. Click the purple Filter button in the upper left corner of the screen to narrow your search. Choose the Status using the dropdown menu. You can also filter users in terms of the group types you have set in Settings, by checking the checkboxes in the respective dropdown menus. Click Apply Filter to view the results.
  5. Alternatively, if you know it, enter the name or email ID of the user in the search bar in the upper right corner of the screen. The search results are shown below.
  6. Select the user by checking the checkbox to the left of the username. Note that you can select multiple users.
  7. Click on Record Status, a blue box, in the upper right corner of the screen to open the Record Completion page.
  8. Select the Post Date by clicking on the calendar symbol.
  9. Select the Training Status using the dropdown menu.
  10. Finally, click on Submit to record the status.
