How to start or continue a course?

Open the sidebar, click on Training and choose Courses.
Click on the course you wish to start or continue. Below each course, you will find the percentage of the course completed.
If you are starting the course for the first time, you may be required to complete the Pre-Questionnaire. Only after completing the questionnaire, can you start with the units.
Click on the unit you wish to start or continue. Below each unit, you will find the percentage of the unit completed.
You will be taken to the Capsule Units page where you will find the Unit along with the Refresher Capsules. After completing the unit, you will need to complete the Refresher Capsules before which you can proceed to the next unit. Click on the unit to start or continue it.
The course opens in full screen. Press the Esc key on the keyboard to exit full screen.
If you are continuing a course, a text box opens, asking “Would you like to go to bookmark?”. Click Yes to go to the last viewed board.
If no text box opens, you will be presented with the Menu, which shows the various sub-modules and their statuses. Click on a sub-module to start or continue the course.
After completing the last unit, you may need to complete the Pre-Questionnaire to finally complete the course.

Note: The course will be unlocked in parts based on progression. Only after completion of the Pre-Questionnaire, Unit 1 will be unlocked. After completion of the unit, the unit’s Refresher Capsules will be unlocked. After completion of Refresher Capsule 1, Capsule 2 will be unlocked and so on, until finally the Post-Questionnaire is completed to conclude the course.

If a timeline has been agreed upon, the units and capsules will be unlocked on specific dates, which of course, will be accessible only after completion of the previous required material.
