Open the YouFactors app on your mobile phone.

Either swipe right from the left end of the screen or tap on the Sidebar symbol at the top left corner of the screen to open the sidebar and tap on Courses.

To search for the course you want to start or continue, tap on the Search symbol at the top right corner of the screen and type in the name of the course. The relevant results will show up below. Alternatively, you can also use the All or In Progress tabs to find your course.

Tap the course to open it.

If you are continuing a course, a text box opens asking, “Would you like to go to bookmark?”. Tap Yes to go to the last viewed board.

If no text box opens, you will be shown the various sub-modules. Click on a sub-module to start or continue it.
